Polycystic ovary syndrome signs and metabolic syndrome in premenopausal Hispanic/Latina women: The HCHS/SOL study.

CONCLUSIONS: In Hispanic/Latina women, irregular menstrual cycles, self-reported PCOS, and any PCOS sign were associated with MetS and could indicate women at metabolic disease risk.
