Intra-hospital prognosis of pericardial diseases in tropical area: Single-Center Study in Central Africa
ConclusionTuberculosis is the most cause of pericardial effusion in our environment. In view of these results, early detection and effective management of tuberculosis must remain an essential part of the national program to fight this disease. Tuberculosis remains a public health problem in our country.
