Gas Pipeline Company Files Motion To Dismiss Complaint For Injuries Caused By Noise

PITTSBURGH - The owner and operator of a Fayette County, Pa., natural gas pipeline compression station filed a motion Aug. 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania to dismiss the personal injury claims of a neighbor of the compression station who alleges that exposure to noise it emitted caused permanent hearing loss and tinnitus (Thomas Koziel v. Texas Eastern Transmission, et al., No. 13-1107, W.D. Pa.).
