EpiCO (epirubicin, cyclophosphamide and vincristine) as treatment for extrapulmonary high-grade neuroendocrine neoplasms.

In this report we present the retrospective series of 5 cases with metastatic high-grade GEP/CUP NEN/MiNEN who received chemotherapy according to this protocol.
