Mantle Cell Lymphoma Involving Major and Minor Salivary Glands With Parotid Sparing

This case report describes a man in his 70s who presented with painless bilateral neck swelling of 1 year ’s duration that had gradually grown to affect his speech, and was diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma.
