Conclusion: Steroid pulse therapy in combination with mizoribine following tonsillectomy is effective in improving urinary findings and preserving renal function in the treatment of IgA nephropathy, which remained active in patients with renal impairment (estimated glomerular filtration rate ≥20 and <60 mL/min/1.73 m(2)).
