Why does Arrojo ReFinish Dry Shampoo feel so different?

Georgia’s questions…After reading about Arrojo Dry Shampoo on Refinery29 I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised to find that it feels COMPLETELY different than the Tresemme product that I had been using. ReFinish, on the other hand, is based on a combination of VP/VA Copolymer and  Zeolite. VP/VA copolymer is a fairly standard hair spray resin so this product is designed to provide some degree of hold.  Zeolite performs similarly to the starch in that absorbs oil but while starch absorbs on the surface of the particle, zeolite is riddled with tiny channels which allow the oil to wick inside each particle. Presumably this could difference could provide better oil removal.
