Carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumonia infection in a tertiary urology clinic: analysis of influencing factors with a controlled trial.

CONCLUSION: Advanced age, comorbidities, previous antibiotic use and prolonged Foley catheterization duration were predisposing factors for CR-KP infection in this cohort.
