[Validation of the Communication Skills Scale in nursing professionals].

CONCLUSION: The CSS displayed appropriate psychometric properties (item analysis, internal structure, reliability and evidence of validity), relating the communication skills of nurses with their general and specific self-efficacy in communication in difficult situations.
