Abstract The occurrence of severe outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza in Korea led to establishment of a national antigen bank for emergency preparedness. In this study, we aimed to generate Newcastle disease virus (NDV) vectored H7 serotype-specific vaccines by expressing the consensus sequence of the HA protein.
