Vegans advised to beware of B12 deficiency risk

Speaking ahead of ' Veganuary ' , experts are warning people eating a vegan diet need to make sure they get enough B12 because risk of deficiency is " not a myth " . Vegan Society said vitamin B12 comes from fortified foods or supplementation, and guidance is available on its website.
