ConclusionThese findings suggest that HRGE administration can effectively alleviate hippocampus-mediated cognitive impairment, possibly through cytoprotective mechanisms, preventing oxidative stress-induced neuronal cell death via the upregulation of phase 2 antioxidant molecules.Graphical abstract
