Gastrosplenic Fistula without Malignancy Management in a 16-Year-Old Boy
We report a nonmalignant case of 16-year–old male with a gastrosplenic fistula of unclear etiology. The fistulous tract was confirmed by an upper endoscopy and an upper gastrointestinal series. Subsequently, it was surgically managed with a subtotal gastrectomy with “Roux-en-Y” reconstruction and a feeding jejunostomy.
