NFIB sues Colorado over business licensing fees

Colorado's largest small business organization Monday sued Secretary of State Scott Gessler over business licensing and regulatory fees, claiming that the fees are funding other operations of Gessler's office and should be considered a tax subject to TABOR restrictions.
