ConclusionsDiffusion tractography identified abnormalities in the fornix that appears to be affected early and consistently across all three primary MS phenotypes of RRMS, SPMS, and PPMS regardless of Expanded Disability Status Scale, time since diagnosis, or cognitive scores.
