Late hyaluronidase injection in local anesthesia: Morphofunctional evaluation in rat sciatic nerve block

Conclusions: No irreversible morphological alterations are caused by the administration of HYAL prior the end of the LID-induced block. Moreover, this protocol prolongs LID's anesthetic effect.
