Chorioamniotic membrane separation following fetal myelomeningocele repair: incidence, risks factors and impact on perinatal outcome.

CONCLUSION: The presence of an anterior placenta was the only factor that increased the risk for postoperative CAS. Detection of CAS after prenatal MMC repair significantly increases the risk for PPROM and preterm delivery, especially if it occurs prior to 30 weeks. This article is protected by copyright.
