Quality improvement in general practice: what do GPs and practice managers think?

This report presents findings from a survey of over 2,300 GPs and over 1,400 practice managers conducted in the second half of 2017 which looked at levels of quality improvement awareness, appetite and activity in general practice. The findings show that most GPs and Practice Managers see quality improvement as a core aspect of their work.
