DineshkumarAbstractThe research is to analysis the properties of mechanical, thermal for the hybrid aloevera/hemp FRE (fibre reinforced) bio-composites which are environmental friendly. The hybrid composites made by hand layup process in which the process is having total natural fibre of weight 25% with different proportions of aloevera and hemp fibres. Dynamical properties for mechanical like storage modulus (e1), loss modulus (e2), which measures the dissipated energy as heat and damping were calculated from 25 °C till 150 °C. The different thermal properties were kept constant of the manufactured natural composites. And the results were studied with the help of thermo gravimetric analysis. Other properties like transition temperature of gas, decomposition and crystallization temperatures were acquired by the differential (instrument) scanning calorimeter. The results obtain a positive hybridization which increases dynamic, thermal and mechanical properties. Storage modulus (e1), loss modulus (e2) noticed that they were higher for hybrid composites which are having a greater percentage of aloevera fibres.
