Hemodynamic response to tracheal intubation in postlaryngectomy patients
Conclusion: Hemodynamic stress response to endotracheal intubation is minimal or absent in postlaryngectomy patients. They mostly present with elevated blood pressure and develop hypotension following induction that persists despite intubation.
