DC-HIL/Gpnmb is a Negative Regulator of Tumor Response to Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors.

CONCLUSIONS: sDC-HIL in the blood and probably DC-HIL receptor expressed by MDSC plays an important role in regulating response to ICI in advanced NSCLC.
