Genetic and epigenetic regulation of BHMT is associated with folate therapy efficacy in hyperhomocysteinaemia.

CONCLUSIONS: There has a consistent interrelationship among BHMT genetic variants, methylation levels of BHMT, and folate therapy efficacy.
