Prognostic factors for renal transplant graft survival in a retrospective cohort of 1000 cases: The role of desensitization therapy.

CONCLUSION: HLA mismatches, delayed graft function with or without recovery, and AMR were significant factors for poor graft survival. Detection and desensitization of DSA currently might be inadequate to improve the long-term outcome of renal transplantation.
