Introduction: The incidence of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) continues to rise at a rate higher than any other human cancer. Current evidence is lacking regarding the role of adjuvant radiotherapy (RT) after surgery for high risk cSCC and there is widespread variation in practice across the UK.
