CONCLUSIONS: Spinal shrinkage equally affects men and women who perform the same work. There are no changes in spinal sagittal alignment throughout the workday in office workers. This study aimed to define strategies to derive NPCs from human ESC/iPSC. Human ESC3, ESC9 and IMR-90-iPSC were used for a three-step protocol to direct differentiation toward mesodermal, subsequently notochordal and finally NPCs. Our results showed that notochordal-like cells (NCCs) were successfully derived from the first two-step of protocol confirmed by immunofluorescence staining of Noto, Brachyury (T) and Foxa2. Conclusion: This case highlights the atypical MR features of lumbar Baastrup's disease in conjunction with stenosis. ConclusionsType II changes are the most common, followed by type I. Modic changes mostly occur in L4/5 and L5/S1; young, male, lower-grade disk degeneration, normal physiological curvature of the lumbar spine, and normal endplate concave angle were associated with type I changes; gender and lumbar curvature were the most relevant factors for different types.
