Erdheim-Chester disease presenting with chorea and mimicking IgG4-related disorder

Consider ECD in patients with multisystemic disease with neurologic manifestations. IgG4-related disorder is a possible mimic of ECD, and ECD and Langerhans cell histiocytosis may occur concomitantly with unusual neurologic presentations, including chorea.
