In this study, we examine risk factors and consequences of intravenous rt-PA for treatment of acute ischemic stroke. In a retrospective cohort study we evaluate risk factors for seizure and epilepsy after stroke thrombolysis, as well as the impact of seizures and epilepsy in outcome of stroke patients. Methods: A single-center, retrospective study was conducted to clarify the clinical characteristics of driving-related stroke occurring as a recurrent stroke by analyzing data prospectively acquired between January 2009 and June 2019 on 3452 acute stroke patients.
