Rural doctors worry proposed changes could lead to 'brain drain'

The southeast Saskatchewan town of Wawota, known for its colourful collection of fire hydrants painted to resemble cartoon characters like Garfield, is home to about 550 residents. But one of the struggles of rural life — in this, and in multiple other communities across the prairies — is limited access to health care.
