Effect of vitexin on alleviating liver inflammation in a dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colitis model.

In conclusion, vitexin possess hepatoprotective activities against colitis-induced liver injury, it has potential application prospects in the treatment of liver injury induced by ulcerative colitis.
