CONCLUSIONS: SRS for spine metastases from Ewing sarcoma and osteosarcoma can be considered as a treatment option in AYA patients and is associated with acceptable toxicity rates. Conclusion: Fat fraction on MRI corresponded to fat content on histology and therefore contributes to lesion characterization.
