PNWU vs. Western(Lebanon) vs. UND [MD]

Choosing between these three schools. Tried my best to list and codify some things. My SO and I currently live in Portland and my parents/family live in eastern Montana. My SO is also pursuing a graduate degree in the area and will not be able to move with me, therefore choosing PNWU or Western gives me the ability to drive to them. I have moved four times in four years and am growing tired of packing Uhauls/resettling into places. I hold nothing against DO's (hence why I am posting this)... PNWU vs. Western(Lebanon) vs. UND [MD]
