Anti-inflammatory medication of cataract surgery in pseudoexfoliation syndrome - NSAID is needed.

Conclusions: Routine cataract surgery of PXF eyes with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) alone, or in combination with steroids resulted in faster recovery from surgery and avoidance of PCME compared to steroids alone. PMID: 31801388 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]
