Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of TWHF in diabetic nephropathy patients with overt proteinuria and normal eGFR.

CONCLUSION: TWHF is more effective than valsartan monotherapy in reduction of proteinuria in DN patients with overt proteinuria and normal eGFR, but with more adverse effects.
