Management of many eye diseases depends on proper compliance of patients with the use of prescribed medication, which includes proper instillation of eye drops. The diseases include acute and chronic conditions including glaucoma, dry eyes and infectious keratitis which need long term use of topical eye drops [1,2]. Clinical outcome of any disease depends on proper and successful instillation of eye drops. Incorrect ways of putting drops may result in eye injury, abrasion, congestion of the eye, allergic skin reaction and also contamination of eye drops [3].
