Abstract A series of sarisan analogues containing 1, 3, 4-oxadiazole moieties were synthesized by iodine-mediated oxidative cyclization, and screened in vitro for their antifungal activities at 50 μg/mL against five phytopathogenic fungi such as Valsa mali, Curvularia lunata, Alternaria alternate, Fusarium solani and Fusarium graminearum. Abstract Borrelidins M-O (1-3), along with four previously known family members (4-7), were isolated from marine pulmonated mollusks Onchidium sp. associated Streptomyces olivaceus SCSIO LO13. The structures of 1-3 were elucidated by extensive spectral analyses of HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR datasets.
