In addition to the draft reports and final submission, the Cooperator will: • Conduct all field sampling and processing of water samples according to the standard operating procedures outlined in “Monitoring protocols for the National Park Service North Atlantic Coastal Parks: Estuarine Nutrient Enrichment.” Spatial sampling of estuarine water chemistry, water quality, and water clarity will use a probability-based systematic survey design. • Conduct high resolution seagrass monitoring which will be incorporated in the Vital Signs protocol at the FIIS through the use of permanent-quadrat observations along three 50-m long transects that are stratified by depth.
