Olathe man pleads guilty to swindling buyer of online pharmacy business

A 37-year-old Olathe man pleaded guilty Monday to swindling the buyer of an online pharmacy business. According to a release from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Kansas, Jeffrey P. Wilson admitted to placing an ad on Craigslist offering to sell Medx1.com, an online pharmacy that the defendant claimed used a fulfillment pharmacy in India.
