Management of Hemodialysis Graft/Fistula Aneurysms

Renal failure patients are obligated to have constant life-saving dialysis access. This retrospective review was designed to evaluate graft and fistula aneurysms. Once the dialysis access procedures are performed, care of patients is relegated to the nephrologists and dialysis clinics. This review is designed to validate surgical intervention of dialysis access procedures as a safe and durable procedure and determine if proactive steps could be taken to avoid this complication.
