Complex Fracture of an Up and Over Peripheral Guiding Sheath in the Right Femoral Artery During Antegrade Left Superficial Femoral Artery Intervention Endovascular Retrieval and a Review of Options

We present the rare case of a complex fracture of a an up and over right common femoral artery to left superficial femoral artery 5Fr peripheral sheath, a problem that comprises only 1% of lost or misplaced intravascular objects.
