Isolated left superior vena cava in tricuspid atresia with a rare reverse venous garland

A two-year-old male child with cyanosis and failure to thrive underwent cardiac computed tomography angiography (CTA). Review of images revealed visceroatrial situs solitus, tricuspid atresia (TA), hypoplastic right ventricle (RV), infundibular pulmonary stenosis (PS), atrial (ASD) and ventricular (VSD) septal defects. Interestingly, the right sided superior vena cava (RSVC) was absent and an isolated left sided SVC (LSVC) formed the sole cranio-cervical venous drainage to the systemic venous (right) atrium via coronary sinus (CS).
