Salmonella enteritidis Endocarditis and Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections in an Immunocompromised Renal Transplant Patient

We present a renal transplant patient who developed recurrent urinary tract infections with Salmonella enteritidis, complicated by bacteremia and endocarditis, and discuss our management for this challenging case.
