Personally: I think you should have to sit an Exam that’s more like the MCAT in the US to get into Med school (in that it tests on science and maths as well as verbal reasoning) but remove specific subject requirements mainly because I know of schools which can make it insanely hard to do their A level science courses (my school has entry requirements, some of which do not relate back to ones ability in say chemistry).
So what does everyone else think should all med schools in the U.K. go towards no entry requirements or should there be specific s...
