CONCLUSION: Level III positivity rate is high and so cannot be avoided in locally advanced breast cancer following neoadjuvant chemotherapy. None of the preoperative factors predict for level III positivity. Level III positivity in cT3N1 and cT2N2 is low and these subgroups require further studies. CONCLUSIONS: Compared to women with no history of thyroid disorder, hypothyroidism was associated with a lower risk of breast cancer. This was mainly seen among those who received thyroid replacement therapy and had never used menopausal hormone therapy. This study aimed to assess the rate of ovarian failure in a large cohort of Korean premenopausal patients with breast cancer 12 months after chemotherapy.
