Fourth Progress Report: On the Implementation of the Guidelines for Domestic Facilitation and Regulation of International Disaster Relief and Initial Recovery Assistance

This non-binding set of recommendations aims to assist states to develop the necessary laws, rules, and procedures in order to avoid the most common regulatory problems in international disaster response operations.
