Behavioral Fluctuations in Patients With Disorders of Consciousness : Frequency and Impact on Diagnosis

Behavioral fluctuation is a hallmark feature of disorders of consciousness (DoC). We investigated the frequency of behavioral fluctuation and impact on diagnosis as measured by the Coma Recovery Scale- Revised (CRS-R) in patients with DoC and discuss clinical implications.
