In vitroM.tuberculosis H37Rv inhibition with levofloxacin encapsulated in PLGA particles

Conclusions: Our studies demonstrated the controlled release of LFX encapsulated in PLGA particles and its effect on MTB culture. SCF drug encapsulation eliminates the use of toxic organic solvents and high temperatures, and can be effectively applied for R&D of advanced ATD formulations.Funding: RFBR 18-29-06062
