The pharmacokinetic of the main oral antibiotics in children with cystic fibrosis

Conclusion: The data obtained indicate a relatively higher apparent total body clearance of amoxicillin and ciprofloxacin in the age subgroup of 2-3 years. The results require further study to identify factors affecting the pharmacokinetics of amoxicillin and ciprofloxacin in children with CF.
