Comparison of bronchial response to mite and cat allergen in asthmatic subjects in ALYATEC Environmental Exposure Chamber (EEC)

Conclusions: The frequency of LAR in asthmatic subjects allergic to dust mite exposed in ALYATEC EEC was higher than in asthmatics sensitized to cat. Our results confirmed previous results with individual bronchial challenge. Therefore, the mite allergic asthma is a good model to study asthma pathophysiology and treatment.
