Nitric oxide in the COPD pathogenesis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Conclusion: There were identical endothelial dysfunction changes in both groups: a decrease in the nitrosative stress parameters and the interrelation of the NO level with changes in lung function. In PT patients, the main role was played by the nitrosative stress level of neutrophils (NO2-nf), and in PT with COPD patients - endothelial dysfunction disorder (NO3-s). The NO3-s level reflected lung hyperinflation and diffusion disorders in PT patients comorbid with COPD.
