Effectiveness of nebulised hypertonic saline on the respiratory management of children and young people with neuromuscular disease
Conclusions: Nebulised HTS in children and young people with NMD seems to be useful and acceptable adjunct to therapy. A randomised controlled trial is now indicated in such patients.
